A shipping confirmation email will be automatically sent to you once we ship your order.

Estimated delivery to USA: 2 to 6 business days after orders placed.
Estimated delivery to Canada: 10 to 20 business days after orders placed.

The actual delivery of your order can be impacted by many events beyond our control once it leaves our facilities, we cannot be held liable for late deliveries. We will, however, work with you to ensure a smooth delivery and perhaps offer compensation when there are late deliveries.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout except for Hawaii, Guam, Alaska and Puerto Rico. Please note that additional charges may apply for any order shipping to Hawaii, Guam, Alaska or Puerto Rico.

As we take care of the dispatch of the products you purchase on the our Store, the risk of loss of, or damage to, product(s) shall pass to you when you, or a person designated by you, acquires physical possession of the product(s). Title in the product(s) shall pass to you when the product(s) is picked up by the carrier from our warehouse. At this point, you will receive the Shipment Notification Email. If there are any issues with delivery, please contact us to resolve.
